Services / Exam Readiness

Find your gaps before an examiner does.

Upload your policies. See which core federal obligations they cover — Covered, Partial, or Gap — and download the evidence pack.

Why this matters.

An exam finds the obligations your policy manual forgot. Most shops discover those gaps in the exam room — after it is expensive to fix them.

Reglith reads your actual policies and checks them against the core federal mortgage obligations, one by one, so you see the gaps first — and walk in with an evidence pack instead of a scramble.

What this looks like.

How we do it.

01

You upload your policies

PDF, Word, or Markdown. We parse and embed them into your private workspace — nothing is shared across customers.

02

We score each obligation

For each core obligation we retrieve the most relevant passages from your policies and judge Covered, Partial, or Gap — conservatively.

03

You get an evidence pack

A downloadable compliance-posture summary: coverage, open gaps, and the policies that address each obligation.

What's in the product today.

  • Upload your policies once (PDF, Word, or Markdown); coverage is scored against a curated core set of federal mortgage obligations

  • Every obligation lands as Covered, Partial, or Gap, with the covering policy identified

  • Grouped by regulation (Reg Z, RESPA, ECOA, HMDA…) so the gaps are easy to route

  • Download an evidence pack — a compliance-posture summary you can hand an examiner

  • AI-assisted and conservative: an obligation is Covered only when a policy clearly addresses it

  • Re-run any time your policies change; the coverage view flags when it is stale
