Terms of Service
Last updated July 5, 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of Reglith. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
Reglith is a software platform that aggregates regulatory content, generates AI summaries and analyses, and provides tools for tracking compliance obligations across mortgage lending.
Reglith provides regulatory information and AI-generated summaries for informational purposes only. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for review by qualified compliance or legal counsel. Always verify any item against the official source of record and confirm your obligations with your own advisers before acting.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use Reglith, and you are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use. One workspace corresponds to one organization.
3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the policies, documents, and other materials you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Reglith a limited license to host, process, and analyze Your Content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to upload Your Content and for its accuracy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Reglith to violate the law, infringe others’ rights, attempt to breach or probe our security, scrape or resell the service, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens the service or other users.
6. Our intellectual property and third-party sources
The Reglith platform, its interfaces, and its original content are owned by Reglith and protected by intellectual-property laws. Underlying regulatory materials remain the property of their publishers; we link to the original source and honor applicable license terms, which are acknowledged on our attribution page.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted. AI-generated output may be inaccurate and must be verified.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reglith will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the content or output. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using Reglith at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we may delete workspace data after a reasonable period.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
