Statute discovery
For each state and topic we search the controlling provision — often a state statute or a Cornell-LII regulation — and verify the source by fetching it, never guessing a URL.
AI cell generation
The cited statute text is summarized into a structured answer — value, citation anchor, and a confidence rating — grounded in the source, never invented.
Human review before publish
Every generated cell is DRAFT until a reviewer approves it. Only approved cells appear in the customer-facing grid.
