Wyoming disclosure requirements
A prepayment penalty disclosure is required if the residential mortgage loan includes a prepayment penalty. The disclosure must be in writing, state that a prepayment penalty imposes a charge for early payoff or refinancing, and be delivered as soon as the condition is known, but no later than the issuance of a loan commitment. The borrower must also agree in writing to accept the prepayment penalty.
