ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR DISMISSAL
On May 4, 2012, counsel for HUD notified the Court that the parties had reached a settlement resolving the issues in the above-captioned appeal of HUD's withdrawal of Respondent's HUD/FHA approval, and moved to dismiss the matter. The Court has been provided a copy of the agreement, which will be retained in the file, but the Court has not been requested to review the agreement or approve it.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the above-captioned matter is hereby DISMISSED.
