ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR DISMISSAL
On February 3, 2012, counsel for HUD notified the Court by NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT WITH RESPONDENT AND REQUEST FOR DISMISSAL that the parties had reached a settlement fully resolving the issues in the above-captioned case arising from the withdrawal of the Respondent’s HUD/FHA approval for one year by action of the Mortgagee Review Board, dated December 6, 2011. The Government moves to dismiss the matter. The Court has been provided a copy of the agreement, which will be retained in the file, but the Court has not been requested to review the agreement or approve it.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the above-captioned matter is hereby DISMISSED.
