ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR DISMISSAL
On June 15, 2012, counsel for HUD notified the Court by NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT AND REQUEST FOR DISMISSAL that the parties had reached a settlement fully resolving the issues in the above-captioned case arising from the Mortgagee Review Board determination to seek civil money penalties against respondent as specified in forty-three counts of a Complaint filed with this Court on February 12, 2012. The Government moves to dismiss the matter. The Court has been provided a copy of the agreement, which will be retained in the file, but the Court has not been requested to review the agreement or approve it.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the above-captioned matter is hereby DISMISSED.
