ORDER GRANTING DISMISSAL

By Joint Motion to Dismiss received September 10, 2012, the Respondent, through management, withdrew its request for a hearing on the record to appeal the April 16, 2012, administrative action of the Mortgagee Review Board, which gave notice of its intent to withdraw the Respondent’s FHA approval for a period of one year, effective in 30 days. The respondent's request to withdraw its appeal and request for a hearing is approved.

Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the scheduled hearing in this case is cancelled, and the Mortgagee Review Board’s action withdrawing the Respondent’s FHA approval for a period of one year shall become effective on the date of this Order. The captioned matter, as pending before this Court in the Office of Hearings and Appeals, is hereby DISMISSED, with prejudice.
