ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO DISMISS
On March 28, 2014, the Court received Respondent’s request for a hearing concerning the allegations contained in a Notice of Withdrawal issued by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“Government”).
By Motion to Dismiss, filed August 7, 2014, the Government moved for dismissal, with prejudice, on the basis that the parties “have reached a settlement fully resolving the withdrawal of [Respondent’s] FHA approval.” The Court has not been asked to review or approve the settlement, but a copy of the executed agreement was attached to the Motion to Dismiss.
For good cause, and without objection, the Motion to Dismiss will be GRANTED and the matter is DISMISSED, with prejudice.
