UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT OFFICE OF HEARINGS AND APPEALS

In the Matter of: BCB COMMUNITY BANK, Respondent.

15-AF-0058-MR-001 May 19, 2015

ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO DISMISS WITH PREJUDICE

On April 6, 2015, BCB Community Bank (“Respondent”) requested a hearing concerning a Notice of Administrative Action: Withdrawal issued by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) on March 30, 2015.

Thereafter the parties engaged in settlement discussions that resulted in a settlement agreement obviating the need for a hearing in this matter. As a result, and pursuant to that agreement, HUD requested dismissal of the matter on May 19, 2015. A copy of the agreement is attached to the Government’s Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice (“Motion”), but the Court has not been asked to review or approve it.

Accordingly, for good cause shown, the Government’s Motion is GRANTED and the matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.

So ORDERED.
