On December 20, 2022, the New York State Department of Financial Services (Department) issued a “Request for Public Comments Regarding the Presumption of Control of a New York-Chartered or Licensed Depository or Non-Depository Institution.” The Department is extending the deadline for submission of comments from March 31, 2023, to no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on April 14, 2023.
Responses should be submitted by April 14, 2023, to [email protected]. Please use “Request for Public Comments Regarding the Presumption of Control of a New York-Chartered or Licensed Depository or Non-Depository Institution” in the subject line.
