Washington, D.C. – The Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) today announced the election of Mississippi Department of Banking and Consumer Finance Commissioner Rhoshunda G. Kelly to serve as the new chair of the CSBS Board of Directors.

The election took place during the CSBS annual meeting, where new officers for 2026-27 were also installed. Chair Kelly presented her annual committee chair appointments in the CSBS board meeting that immediately followed.

Newly installed officers, who comprise the CSBS Executive Committee, include: 

  • Chair: Rhoshunda Kelly, Mississippi Department of Banking and Consumer Finance, Commissioner 
  • Chair Elect: Kelly Lammers, Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance, Director 
  • Vice Chair: Susannah Marshall, Arkansas State Bank Department, Commissioner 
  • Treasurer: Shaun Berrett, Utah Department of Financial Institutions, Commissioner
  • Secretary: Mary L. Gallagher, Massachusetts Division of Banks, Commissioner of Banks
  • Immediate Past Chair: Tony Salazar, Maryland Office of Financial Regulation, Commissioner of Financial Regulation
