MPF Traditional Selling Guide – Personal Gifts

The MPF Traditional Selling Guide has been revised to update the definition of acceptable donors for personal gift funds. To better align with industry standards. The definition no longer references “god parent,” and now permits gifts from "an individual with a long-standing familial-like or mentorship relationship with the borrower.”
