MPF Servicing – Release of Documents Clarification

The MPF product specific Servicing Guides were updated to clarify that Servicers must submit the Request for Release of Documents by the second business day of the month following payoff or liquidation.

  • 9.12 Release of Documents of the MPF Government MBS Servicing Guide, and
  • 10.10 Release of Documents of the MPF Xtra Servicing Guide.
