MPF Program Master Servicer: ServicerConnect Transitioning to TrustConnect
Computershare, the MPF Program Master Servicer, will transition its secure file transfer portal from ServicerConnect to TrustConnect. Beginning September 25, Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs) will be required to use TrustConnect to upload and download files for the MPF Program.

To help ensure uninterrupted access following the transition, PFIs should update any saved bookmarks, shortcuts, automated file paths, or internal documentation that currently reference ServicerConnect.
PFIs will not need to establish new login credentials. All existing usernames and passwords will remain unchanged and will continue to be used to access the new Trust Connect portal.
In an upcoming MPF Announcement, the MPF Program will detail updates to applicable MPF Guides, forms, exhibits and other resources to reflect the transition to TrustConnect and the new portal information.
