MPF Announcement 2026-15: MPF Program Clarifying Initial Master Commitment Terms: MPF Program is updating the initial Master Commitment terms for MPF Original, MPF 125 and MPF 35.

MPF Announcement 2026-16: MPF Xtra Selling Updates – FNMA SEL-2026-01 (UPDATED) Fannie Mae published an updated Lender Letter LL-2026-01 updating the effective date language for the changes to GSE alignment of MH Advantage and ChoiceHome manufactured home program feature requirements.
