MPF Announcement 2026-29: MPF Traditional Servicing – Escrow Analysis Clarifications Clarified Servicer responsibilities for escrow analysis related to Payment Deferrals and Loan Modifications.

MPF Announcement 2026-30: MPF Traditional Servicing – HLC Property Evaluation Clarification Clarified the definitions of retrospective appraisal review methods used in connection with HLC property valuations.
