NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

West Virginia Board of Banking and Financial Institutions

Pursuant to Chapter 6, Article 9A, Section 3 of the West Virginia Code of 1931, as amended, and West Virginia Administrative Regulations, 153 CSR 1 et seq., 1992, the West Virginia Board of Banking and Financial Institutions shall convene a public meeting at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, March 9, 2026 in the Conference Room of the West Virginia Division of Financial Institutions, third floor, 900 Pennsylvania Ave, Suite 306, Charleston, West Virginia. The meeting is a regular meeting of the Board and will be held via video-conference.

No applications or other matters requiring a decision of the Board will be considered. The Board will meet in Executive Session to discuss confidential matters pursuant to Chapter 6, Article 9A, Section 4(b) (12).

The agenda will be available at least five days prior to the meeting and can be obtained by calling the West Virginia Division of Financial Institutions at (304) 558-2294.
