NOTICE OF POSSESSION

Please be advised that on November 6, 2025, the Colorado Banking Board exercised its authority under § 11-109-702, C.R.S., to involuntarily liquidate Etana Custody, Inc., a Colorado chartered trust company. The Banking Board shall assume possession of Etana Custody, Inc. on November 7, 2025 at 9:00 a.m.
