NOTICE REMOVE RD INS 2006-TT RURAL DEVELOPMENT ENHANCING (WSAL) (WSAL) TRANSPARENCY OF FEDERALLY FUNDED PROJECTS THROUGH USE OF PUBLIC SIGNAGE. This Instruction is being made obsoleted and is no longer needed. See Unnumbered Letter "Recission of RD Instruction 2006-TT Rural Development Enhancing Transparency of Federally Funded" for general information.
