Summary
If enacted, this bill would prohibit health insurers and health benefit plans from using prescription drug history to determine eligibility or set premiums. It further requires insurers to eliminate cost-sharing requirements for PrEP and PEP medications and prevents them from delaying or restricting access to HIV or AIDS antiretroviral treatments.
