The Utah Department of Financial Institutions has relocated. Our new office is located at 60 South 400 West in the Two Gateway Office Building in downtown Salt Lake City.
Our office hours have changed to Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and we will continue to be closed on all state and federal holidays.
If you plan to visit us soon, please call our staff in advance at (801) 538-8830 to receive parking information.
