Summary

This bill directs the Government Accountability Office to study the effectiveness of federal implementation of the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) in promoting access to voting for absent uniformed services voters. It also requires a study on improving access to voter registration information and assistance for members of the Armed Forces and their families. The report is due by September 30, 2025.
