ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR DISMISSAL
By MOTION TO DISMISS PURSUANT TO SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT, received April 4, 2012, Counsel for the Secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development notified the Court that the parties had reached a settlement resolving the issues in the above-captioned case. The Court has been provided a copy of the agreement, but has not been requested to review or approve it.
Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the complaint in the above-captioned matter is DISMISSED.
