ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On May 21, 2012, HUD filed an Unopposed Motion to Dismiss (the "Motion") in the above-captioned action. The Motion stated that HUD had been informed, via letter, that Respondent wished to withdraw its appeal. HUD attached a copy of said letter to its Motion. The letter has been reviewed by the Court.
For good cause shown this matter is DISMISSED.
