ORDER GRANTING GOVERNMENT'S MOTION TO DISMISS
By Notice of Settlement and Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice ("Motion to Dismiss"), dated September 22, 2014, Counsel for the Secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") notified the Court that the parties have executed a settlement agreement resolving the issues described in the Complaint. The Motion to Dismiss was accompanied by a copy of the settlement agreement, but the Court has not been requested to review or approve it.
Pursuant to the parties' agreement, the Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED and the above-captioned matter is DISMISSED, with prejudice.
