Oregon disclosure requirements
Oregon requires lenders to provide translated versions of key federal disclosures (Loan Estimate, Closing Disclosure, and General Disclosure) if the lender advertises or conducts a substantial part of the loan communication in a language other than English. For loans not subject to the integrated disclosures, the translated GFE, TIL, and General Disclosure must be provided. These translations are required under ORS 86A.198 and OAR 441-865-0060. The state also recommends translating the Written List of Providers (Form H-27(A)).
