Ohio disclosure requirements
At closing, a supplier must provide a written notice (in duplicate, in at least 14-point type) stating that the consumer is not required to complete the transaction merely because they received prior estimates or signed an application. The notice must be signed and dated by the consumer before signing any other closing document, and a copy must be given to each consumer.
