Arizona required documents

Arizona does not require mortgage brokers to provide specific documents beyond federal TRID (TILA-RESPA) disclosures. However, for loans of $200,000 or less, the broker must obtain a signed written agreement containing an itemized list of estimated costs and terms for disposition of monies and documents, and must return borrower-provided documents (e.g., appraisals) upon request if the loan is not consummated.
