Arkansas required documents
Arkansas requires a certification at or prior to closing, to be included in closing documents, that all transactions have been fully disclosed and fees documented on the HUD-1 or other settlement statement, and that no undisclosed split fees or shared commissions exist. No other state-specific documents are required to be provided to borrowers beyond federal TRID and RESPA requirements.
