Delaware permissible fees
Delaware does not impose specific caps on mortgage broker or lender fees, including origination, application, processing, or underwriting fees. Licensees may receive any compensation allowed under 5 Del.C. Ch. 21 and not prohibited by federal law, provided total compensation does not exceed the value of goods and services. Third-party fees are limited to the actual amount paid. All fees must be itemized and disclosed to the borrower.
