New Mexico required documents
In addition to federal disclosures, New Mexico requires: within 3 days of locking the loan rate, a revised Good Faith Estimate and a copy of the borrower's lock-in agreement; at least 2 days before closing, a written disclosure of total compensation (including origination fees, broker fees, yield spread premiums, and other fees); a mortgage loan summary in writing as specified by the director; and a signed contract for rate float or rate lock-in.
