Oklahoma required documents
Under Oklahoma law, a mortgage broker or loan originator must provide the disclosures required by RESPA and Regulation X upon receipt of a loan application and before taking any money from the borrower. If the loan does not close, the broker must give the borrower a copy of any paid-for appraisal, title report, or credit report and transmit originals to another lender or broker within five business days of a written request. These requirements do not apply to depository institutions.
